Eterna School of Management is a professional business school based in Rome, offering executive education programmes designed for managers, executives, entrepreneurs, and ambitious professionals. Our programmes combine academic rigour with practical relevance, helping students apply what they learn directly in their professional environments.

Eterna offers a range of postgraduate and executive programmes, including a Professional DBA, a Professional MBA, Professional Masters, and Professional Courses. Each programme is designed to fit the needs at different career stages, from emerging young professionals to senior executives.

Eterna delivers structured, quality-assured programmes rather than informal courses or simple participation certificates. Every programme includes clear learning outcomes, rigorous assessment, and academic supervision throughout the student journey.

Eterna's awards are professional education qualifications and do not constitute an Italian "Laurea," "Master Universitario," or "Dottorato di Ricerca". They are designed to reflect internationally recognised postgraduate learning levels while remaining distinct from state university degrees.

Programme length varies depending on the course and delivery mode chosen, generally ranging from a few months for short professional courses to around one to two years for professional masters and professional doctoral programmes. Online students typically benefit from extended timeframes to complete their studies at their own pace.

Most programmes are available either fully online or on-site in Rome, depending on the student #39;s preference. Online learning is self-paced and delivered through our Learning Management System, while on-site learning takes place at our Rome campus with in-person classes.

Admission requirements vary depending on the programme, generally considering the applicant's academic background, professional experience, and English language proficiency. Candidates without a formal qualification may also apply through Recognition of Prior Learning, subject to evaluation by the Academic Board.

Assessment is primarily assignment-based, with students evaluated across a standard grading scale throughout their programme. Most programmes conclude with a final project or thesis, which students must complete successfully to be awarded their qualification.

Students are generally given the opportunity to resit failed assessments, and alternative exit awards are available for those unable to complete the full programme. Additional support and reassessment options can also be arranged in coordination with the Academic Board.

Eterna's programmes are designed with learning outcomes aligned to recognised international qualification frameworks, supporting their relevance and portability across different countries. As professional qualifications, they are distinct from formal academic degrees but are built to meet high standards of quality and rigour.

Eterna believes in practical, flexible, and transformative learning that connects theory to real business challenges. The school is committed to ethical leadership, international perspective, and ongoing student support from admission through graduation.
