Professional Master of Business Administration

The Professional Master of Business Administration is a comprehensive 14-month full-time postgraduate programme designed to develop the next generation of business leaders by equipping emerging and mid-career professionals with the strategic vision, analytical expertise, managerial capabilities, and leadership skills required to succeed in increasingly complex, global, and rapidly evolving business environments. Through an interdisciplinary curriculum covering key areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership, students gain a holistic understanding of how organizations create and sustain value. Emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, ethical decision-making, and collaborative leadership, the Professional MBA prepares participants to navigate uncertainty, drive organizational transformation, and lead high-performing teams.
The programme is offered in two distinct tracks and students must choose one at the time of enrolment. Track switching may be permitted upon evaluation by the Academic Board.

• On-Site Track (Synchronous): Face-to-face instruction delivered at the Eterna School of Management – Rome Campus.
• Online Track (Asynchronous): Full programme delivery via the School's Learning Management System, including pre-recorded lectures, interactive content, digital case studies, and online tutoring. Students on this track follow the same curriculum and assessment schedule as on-site students.
